Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

We do our best to make sure your order is shipped the day after you place it. If you need your order in a hurry you can place a “Priority shipping” for our express service.

Subscription customers will receive a notification 2-4 days before your order is confirmed and processed.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are sent via e-mail. If you have any questions about the status of your order email vegapuffcom@gmail.com and we’ll help you sort it out.

My package never arrived, what do I do?

E-mail us at vegapuffcom@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve it for you. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for carrier errors.

Useful information for delivery 

Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in your address details and that your flat number is included if needed

Follow your tracking link closely to monitor for errors or alerts

If your building is locked to outsiders then to be extra safe we recommend adding a note to your order about a safe place to leave the delivery e.g. hand it to building staff
